- Select “Quick Payment” then next
- Select Individual and use “Social Security Number” DO NOT SELCT BUSINESS EIN
- Select next … you will NOT have a payment number
- Enter your SSN and your contact info
- Your filing frequency is “Individual Income Annual”
- Your filing period is 12/31/ 2025
- Enter banking info and amounts and submit
